RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We pride ourselves on our quality and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your item due to faulty workmanship, we will happily issue an EXCHANGE, REFUND or STORE CREDIT for full priced items returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Outside of this time and within 30 days, you will only be eligible for a store credit for the value of returned items.
If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you become aware of the fault by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full name, phone number and clear photographs of the fault.
We have a 3 month warranty on all products.
Once we examine the photos of the item/s we will then be in contact with an outcome, and you will need to return the item for assessment.
Step 1 = Email our support team (email@example.com) with your issue.
Step 2 = Write down your order number, full name & product/sizing issue and attach in the package.
Step 3 = Post to back to us – 25 Fiddlewood St, Victoria Point, QLD, 4165
Step 4 = Once your item is received, we will either exchange, refund, or issue a store credit for your order.
